Types of sales we offer
Consignment
For clients who are not interested in an estate sale or who have high value, niche, or luxury items for sale, we offer our consignment services. The items are carefully researched, priced, photographed and marketed online, on social media, and we use our extensive network of buyers and followers to find a suitable client for each item.
Buyouts and Cleanouts
AYSE assesses each estate to determine its suitability for an in person estate sale. When a sale is not viable, but items of value are present AYSE may offer a buyout. If the items are low-value or unsuitable for resale, AYSE may instead offer a service to empty the home of its contents.
Estate Sales
From start to finish, we offer a full service estate sale to help sort items to keep or discard, knowledgable research, pricing, set up and staging, advertising and marketing, day of sale operation, and post-sale clean-out.
What you can expect from our estate sales
We understand that estate sales often happen at very difficult points of transitions in our clients lives. It’s chaotic, it’s emotional, and it’s overwhelming. Our clients always have a lot of questions. What should you keep? What should you get rid of? Is this family heirloom actually worth anything? What sells? What doesn’t? How should the sale be set up? How should it be priced? Should I advertise? How? What do I do with items that don’t sell? Can I even have an Estate Sale?
At Your Service Emporium can answer all of these questions. Our compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced team will come in and handle everything for you to make it a smooth and stress-free process.
AYSE Estate Sales
Our estate sales are typically two or three-day sales (mainly on Fridays and Saturdays) from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Certain items may be discounted on day two and/or three.
Advertising & Marketing
We maximize foot traffic with our comprehensive advertising campaigns. Each sale is advertised across multiple platforms including online, social, digital and print. High quality photos advertised on the top estate sale websites (estatesales.net), AYSE social media, emails to our loyal subscribers.
Staging and Setup
Staging depends on the property and the items to be sold. Our team brings in our own tables to help display all items in the home. Once items are displayed and staged, all items get photographed and priced. The photos are used to aggressively promote the sale online.
Signage
We place estate sale street signs out, which are strategically placed to maximize traffic to your sale.
Estate Sale Team Members
AYSE ensures that each sale will have a sufficient number of team members on-site to allow us to effectively manage and control the sale, provide exceptional customer service, and protect our clients’ assets.
Post-Sale Services
We offer a post-sale clean out service on a case by case basis where we remove the unsold items and arrange donation or consignment of whatever we can. Any items that are not able to be donated or consigned will be discarded.
